    3 years if you are a full-time student, 4 years if part-time.

The school that I attend, Birmingham School of Law, will allow you to graduate in 2.5 years. You have to go to class 5 nights per week and attend class year round. No summer breaks. they also have three and four year programs. Most non-traditional schools have similar tracks.
