re-UVa financial aid notice:
mine came in today's mail. A couple of hours after I called the financial aid office about this. According to the woman there, mine was mailed on Tuesday, and they were all supposed to be mailed within a couple of days of each other.
The financial aid statement lists the official tuition figure for the year and the total student budget. It lists your scholarship (if any), plus the type and amount of loans that you are eligible for. There is a form that needs to be returned to the financial aid office accepting or declining each form of financial aid.
