Hello, basically, i've been using gumtree to a get rid of a phone of mine.

Now, been emailing this person, then we got into talks about trading our phones for another instead of them buying my phone off me, i thought ok sure thing. We exchanged address, and i'm just going on their word and vice versa that we'll actually post the phones.

What happens if one receives the phone but never from the other party, are they obliged to do anything or not, law wise ...
