Husband is sick of his wife tired of putting up with her, its now 2010, he threatens to leave when she gets her disability approved, and she threatens if he leaves her she will bring up the rape charge(take into consideration nothing was ever filed when it happened) Reasons known for why threatening because she don't want him to leave her, plus she has no job, but he has offered to stay with her until she gets approved for her disability, and she still threatens with the rape 14 years ago.
