    Talking Question About Depositions

    Hi,

I'm a lawyer in a civil case in federal court. I have a situation where two of my clients are being deposed by opposing counsel. Actually, one was already deposed, and now my other client (all in the same case of course) wants to look over the transcript of the my first client's deposition before she gives her own deposition. Is this permissible? They both used to work together at the same company that is at the center of the suit.

    Thanks!
